Welcome to Wisira™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (wisiraai.com) (the “Site”), membership programs, digital courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

4. Payment, Subscription & Cancellation

a. Fees

Certain Services require payment of fees. Prices and features are described on the Site and may change from time to time.

b. Recurring Billing

If you purchase a subscription plan, you authorize us (via our third-party processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. Renewal periods (e.g., monthly or annual) are specified at purchase.

c. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

d. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the purchase page, all sales are final. Refunds are granted only as required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smart & Safe AI™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
